Where there's smoke there's fire

We had a really fun weekend. Friday night we got to go watch a baseball game. Travis loves to watch little league, because it reminds him of his childhood. We got to the field and it was a gorgeous ball park. We met the Salways there. The kids played while we watched Dallin play. It was a beautiful night and good game. Afterwards we all came to our house for banana splits.

Saturday, Travis was in charge of a FSA (Families Supporting Adoption) picnic at the park. There is a HUGE park here that has playgrounds, fishing ponds, picnic pavilions, trees, bike paths, and restrooms (yeah!). The kids brought their spy packs and had a great time. We BBQed and visited with the other folks. The weather was fabulous.

Travis did a great job grilling all the food. I had a really tasty hamburger. I was amazed that Zoe ate an entire hamburger. It was huge! And with no front teeth!

Lydia was terrified of the ducks and geese. I really don't blame her.

Liam had his Kindergarten physical today. He was quite brave. 2 shots and a TB test. He weighs 39 pounds and is 41 1/2 inches tall.

Looks like fun! If Dallin's games are anything like Ty's, I bet it was thrilling! J/K looks like a fun time! Thanks for the B-day treat too, it was super yummy!!!
