re-focus

Okay, I am feeling that the blog is really lacking. I am wanting to write more about everyday goings on. Also about what the kids are doing, saying, and up to. It has been awhile since I have written more personal posts actually ABOUT my kids instead of the things we've done. Hope to have some more posts written soon. I have the craziest week ahead, but am excited about what we are busy with.
My parents are coming tomorrow and will be here just in time for a meeting we have where Travis and I have been asked to speak. Travis is speaking about strengthening relationships. I have been asked to talk about Strengthening Families Through Tradition and Activities. It is a fun topic and it has been really enjoyable to think about all of the traditions and activities my family did when we were little and also the ones that my family has continued and others we have created.
Also, I was asked to decorate for our church Valentine Dance. I am excited about what we have planned and hope to be able to post some pictures on my other blog featuring the fun decor we've been working on.
At some point I will reveal the Valentines Day gift that Travis got me, which will also be taking up a lot of my time. It may also be the best Valentines gift EVER. IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD.
