Trip to Utah

On our way to Utah, we stopped at my grandparents grave. It is in the most beautiful little cemetary, in the little town where my mother grew up.
I mean, check out the view! A little way down the road is a favorite family restaraunt called Maddox. It has been the eating place for many a family celebration. We decided to stop and eat. Very brave considering we had been in the car awhile and still had some traveling to do. But it was well worth it. I am salivating thinking about those rolls with raspberry butter-yum!

When we got to our home base, and our friends arrived, Amie and I headed to Provo to Justin Hackworths photography exhibit. His wife happens to be my wonderful friend whom I met and loved in 6th grade. We have been friends a long time! It was so good to see her and her family, and the exhibit!

Hey! Is that Honeyville? Becky lives just up the street from the cemetary. It's a fun little town. We love Maddox too. Yum.
I would've loved to see you guys while you were here! I know how it goes when you are visiting though. Time flies and it's hard to fit everything in. Love that picture of you and Amy. So cute.
