Spring Break (last day)

As you might imagine we are all a little reading to have the kids head back to school. We went to the part this morning but didn't last long because I figure we can fight at home just as well as fighting at the park.
Zoe had brought her bike and tried riding without training wheels. Well, she was doing really well. I was not much help considering I am 50 months pregnant. Liam also wanted to try and did really well. I just had to promise that Dad would go back with them sometime and help.
When we got home the kids really wanted to set up the pool we got for Easter. I didn't want to, because it isn't THAT warm. I warned them that it would be really cold and I would be mad if I set it up and they didn't play in it. Well, where are they in the picture, you say? Why isn't a picture of happy kids playing in their new pool? Well, not only were the kids delighted with the water, so were the ants. I don't mean a few ants, I mean, the pool sides were CRAWLING with them. The kids were also COVERED in them. So, I am not mad at the kids for not playing in the pool, I am mad at the ants for ruining their fun, and the pest control guy for not ensuring that there are no ants in the back yard. I figure we'll get it worked out at some point and the kids can go on enjoying the pool. They really did have a lot of fun before the ants came out.

You are a blogging fool!!! I love it:) blogging is like reality tv to me and i think I am addicted. Their outfits were really cute on Sunday, I am glad I have a little girl now that I get to dress up. It is so much more fun. 50 months huh? Now when are you due again??:) haha You are so right about kids being in tune with their feelings and so moldable. We accidently taught the kids about the easter bunny before the real reason. So all they kept talking about was that silly bunny. we will have to fix that next year:)

Ohhhhh, 50 months pregnant. I feel your pain, in my own non-pregnant-but-have-been-there-way.

AND that pool is stinkin' awesome. You guys are great parents. I'd like to come over and swim, ok?
