Sleep like a log (we hope)

We got bunk beds for the girls this weekend. We are so excited. Up until this weekend Liam and Lydia shared a room, with Lydia in a crib. We put Lydia in a big girl bed. This is a little sad for me. Knowing she is growing up and knowing what we have in store, regarding her sleeping schedule.
So Liam got Zoe's old bed (which actually was Travis's bed growing up). We also got him some Superman sheets, which he was so excited about.
This is a great time to try to transition them to the new sleeping arrangements to give us plenty of time to adjust before school starts.
Each day of the week this summer I have designated to a certain task, or activity. To keep us busy and not too bored the kids know what is in store each day. For instance, this week, Monday is school day and outing day. Tuesday is movie day. Wednesday is swim day. Thursday is library day. Friday is playdate day. Sometimes we double up. Anytime we can swim more than once a week is great! Anyway, I am going to try to document each day this week to document our summer. It has been about the same each week this summer (except our vacation, of course).

IT'S SO FANTASTIC TO SEE ALL THESE NEW PICTURES. MAKES ME MISS YOU ALL SO MUCH. I LOVE THE NEW BEDS !!!! IT'S SO FUN FOR SISTER'S TO SHARE A ROOM. THE BEST ADVENTURES COME FROM SHARING SHARED SPACE. NEVER TELL! ONLY FOR SISTERS TO KNOW. I KNOW LIAM IS GOING TO ENJOY HIS OWN SPECIAL ROOM TOO, OF COURSE HE HAS WOODY AND ALL HIS OTHER FRIENDS. HOPE IT'S NOT TOO CROWDED!! THANKS MELISSA FOR DOING SUCH A GOOD JOB. LOVE TO ALL MIMI & PA

Great idea with the days of the week. I've made a loose schedule, but have yet to keep to it. You inspire me. I wish every day could be, "Let Mama sleep 'til noon Day".

Fun bunk beds. G really wants to see Zoe's room and after reading your comment to me, now wants a framed picture of her favorite cousin in her own room ("Zoe and I are kind of like sisters, right Mama?")

Move back to Texas already so we can get these two girls together. I know, I know, the whole job thing.
