innocent as a lamb

Lydia my little rascally two-year-old has been getting into mischeif lately. When Seamons were over playing the other day Lydia and Logan disappeared for a little while. When I noticed how quiet it was I went looking for them. Lydia had taken my lotion poured it on the carpet and spread it all over everything. She had "washed" Logan's hair with it. At least they had done that in the bathtub.
Not even half an hour later she was sitting on the couch. She was putting something in her mouth. Brianne said, "I think she just swallowed something". When I asked her what she swallowed she handed me a penny. I guess she had had a penny in her mouth and had swallowed it. "You've got to be kidding me" is all I could think to say. Didn't we just do this? This time, instead of the ER we went to Urgent Care and got an X-ray. It was not a scare that I needed again.
Lydia calls a banana, "baneena".

That's a great picture! Logan's hair smelled of Brown Sugar and Figs for a couple days after that! But, I'm just glad that it was a good lotion smell...it could have been alot worse! =)

Another penny incident! You've got to be kidding. I hope this one wasn't crawling with some awful stomach bug.

Zoe knows not to put pennies in her mouth, right?

Oh, you gotta love kids. Just today I couldn't find Savannah and her cousin and they were in the car generously applying sunscreen to everything. So helpful.
Whats up with the pennies. Maybe she thinks she's a piggy bank??

You know somethings up when it's quiet. You'll have to start leaving your quarters around, they are much harder to swallow.
