WHERE I WAS TEN YEARS AGO:
Denton, Texas, married nearly one year. Travis and I were having loads of fun thrifting, avoiding responsibility, and basically living a clean college life.
THINGS ON MY "TO DO" LIST TODAY:
Go walking, take Zoe on a date to buy shorts, get the oil changed in the car, attend a baptism, grocery shopping, get a magic eraser, make brownies, have friends over to watch some March Madness games, and get ready for Sunday.
THINGS I WOULD DO IF I BECAME A BILLIONAIRE:
I am really no fun when it comes to questions like this. I am really way too practical to let my imagination run. The way I think about it is I would still feel fulfilled in the same ways: be with people I love. So I guess I would travel a lot to see family, travel with Travis all over, and buy my parents (and ourselves) a new home.
3 BAD HABITS:
Yelling
Not picking up after myself
spending more time than I should on the computer, reading, or zoning
5 PLACES I'VE LIVED:
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Rexburg, Idaho
Denton, Texas
Dallas, Texas
Boise, Idaho
5 JOBS I'VE HAD:
This one was fun. This might be all the jobs I've had.
Concessions and occasional Lifegaurd (ha!) at Heise Hot Springs Resort
Reading Lab Tutor
Florist
House cleaning
Personal Assistant/Office Manager (sounds better than it was)
Container Store!
SOMETHING PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME:
I was Goth in High School.

Okay, now, I tag Scott Samuelson, Jen Samuelson, and Laura Samuelson

Lori and Josh were looking at your blog with me. Lori says you look scary as a Goth! I thought that was a little funny.
Holy Gothic Demon of the Night!!! I can't wait to see the "Goth Revisited" Family Portrait...AND PLEASE take it at Olan Mills!!!
Amie told me about your blog today. I put a link to yours on the s-pages.
By the way. I love that on your list of things to do was attend a baptism, then go shopping for a magic eraser, those are one in the same right!? :P
I already posted on our site how thrilled I was to see this photo...I think it might surpass my spandex-wearing marching band photos, you know, if we were measuring galnitude.
Hello Turley Family! I am excited to see you have a blog and even more excited to see melissa in all her goth glory!
That is not you. I don't believe it. It does explain why Travis seems to like my hair right now, though:)
That is not you, though. Seriously, where did you get that picture?
I am proud to say that I took that picture (I think), not to mention helped with the video version (wasn't this pic for the election). Wouldn't that be fun to get that digitized and posted?
This was halloween right? Didn't you grow up in Rexburg, I always pictured you with cowboy boots and wranglers. Just kidding!
