Bats in the Belfry

I was in the front yard raking (with Lydia's help) when Liam comes running outside to tell me there is an emergency inside. Of course I run to attend to the emergency (the bath water being too high) and it is not until later that I realize that Liam had been totally naked.

Zoe has been interested in climbing. She was so proud this week when she was able to climb the front yard tree by herself.

Mom: "Lydia, come get ready for church".
Lydia: "No Mom, I am playing the ukelady".

Lydia to teasing brother: "I'm sick of it!"

Liam quantifies anything with: "a thousand" so cutely pronounced "sousand".

We have a hard time trying to find food that Liam will consistantly eat. After the father and son outing he would eat hot dog buns with mustard and ketsup, but we rarely have hot dog buns. Recently he found a substitute: a pickle sandwich. Exactly how it sounds it is a pickle inside bread.

Lydia: "Mom, I am not a baby"! Ouch. You know when she can tell me that cleary, she isn't a baby anymore:(

G is also very much a climber. I can't wait to get those two together.

I just emailed the meme to everyone because I'm lame like that.

That's so funny about Liam's eating habits--Daniel is very much the same. He loves "crabby patties": bun with ketchup, mustard, tomato & cheese.
