To have and to hold

 We have some friends who live on a farm. They have chickens, alpacas, dog, cat, and goats. One Saturday we went out to drop Zoe for a playdate and got to stay to look around. I forgot my camera so didn't get to take any pictures.
While we were there a frog was found on the premises and immediately became the favorite pet. They sent it home with us to keep for a few days before releasing it.

 We actually only had it for a few hours before the clever frog escaped to freedom. But the kids loved being pet owners for that long. He was very cute.
