Lydia Pearl turns 6!

 Here she is wiggling her tooth (which came out a few days later). What a big girl!

 Just before her party. We went crazy with decorations. It is pretty easy to make everything pink and fairy-ish! We just left up all the decorations for New years eve celebration.

 Lydia had a Fairy Birthday Party. We painted and decorated fairy houses. They decorated fairy wands (pretzel rods with chocolate melts and sprinkles). Had a treasure hunt to find the goody bags. We ate lots of sugar and had a fairy tea party with mini fairy foods. It was a hit! Zoe helped with the entire thing! It was so good to have a helper. She ran a lot of the games while I was prepping or cleaning up after activities.

Our sweet Pearly getting ready to blow out her SIX candles. I am not too happy about her growing up! I just loved this truly happy smile on her face.
Lydia is a generally happy child who loves attention and affection. She loves her siblings and jumps at the chance to play with them (even Felix). She is very social and loves school.
She is really good about helping around the house. If I give her a magic erasure or a soapy rag, she will be happy scrubbing for hours.
She has an amazing imagination. She had a window cling that was a piece of candy. One side of it ripped off and she was sad. I said, think of something else it could be. Instantly she had thought of several other things it could be: a fish and some seaweed or a bow for the kitty's hair.
She also gives great massages.
