This was taken last night. That blasted tooth has been loose for six months! We almost had it out. He was cracking me up pulling that face with only the one tooth showing.
Today, after multiple tries, it finally came out. I have always heard about tying your tooth to a string and the string to a door and slamming the door. I have never tried it. I admit, I didn't think it would work. Popped right out. He is so happy. I have to confess that I had a moment of remorse and saw his childhood pass before my eyes. Silly, I know, but now that I have been through it once I realize how quickly they start loosing teeth, then they turn 8, then they enter 3rd grade, etc. I am finally seeing how fleeting these moments are.

I know how you feel. Logan's bottom two teeth are lose and I am so sad he is going to 1st grade next year. Once they are in school it all goes by way too fast. I have to admit I love their smiles when they start losing teeth it is really cute.
Hooray! That top picture is so adorable. Is Liam really about to turn 8? Wow. He's not going into 3rd grade, is he?
