December Traditions #3 Christmas Elf

This is a new tradition, but has been a huge hit. At the end of November Travis's mom sent a package with this little Christmas Elf. His name is Christopher Popinkins. He came with a book that explained what it is that he does. He comes after Thanksgiving and watches the kids. He is taking notes to tell Santa how the kids are behaving. Every night he hides and they find him in the morning.
The kids have loved it. Liam especially. He is really into it. In the book it mentions that the kids aren't suppose to touch Christopher or he looses his magic and has to go away. One of Liam's friends accidentally touched the Elf and Liam burst into tears thinking he would have to go back to the North Pole. Maybe the reason they aren't suppose to get too close of a look has something to do with the MADE IN CHINA written on the back, that Liam called my attention to. He said, "shouldn't this say, Made in the North Pole?".
Another Liam story that made me laugh so hard that I will relate here. He told me about how he will go into his room and plead with his Lego's to show him that they are alive (he is really into Toy Story 3). He told them, "I won't freak out if you talk to me, okay". Then he tells about all the times that he will put a toy in a certain place, leave the room, and when he comes back it is facing a different way. He is so cute!
