Travis was gone for a work training all week, so we tried to stay busy. We had Steve and Shawna over to carve pumpkins. Richard and Laura (and fam) weren't able to come. Lydia wanted a princess, so we made it as pretty as a pumpkin can be.
Steve brought his power tools and Liam was so excited. Steve was very patient to help Liam drill about a million holes in his pumpkin, even when Liam got comfortable and was drilling very fast. Scary!
I didn't get a picture of Zoe with her pumpkin this night, but here she is, instructing.Steve and Shawna made a beautiful wood grain carved pumpkin, of which I also don't have a picture.

So fun! The costumes are awesome too! I love using the drill, I'm gonna have to tell Steve about that one. Oh and Felix is so cute and he looks so much like your brother, probably because he looks so much like you!
I want to see the finished drilled pumpkin--did you get any pictures? we need to try that next year. boys definitely love power tools!
