Makes your hair stand on end

Here is a little slide show of our recent girls night out. Zoe came to me on Wednesday and stated that she wanted to cut and donate her hair. For those of you familiar with our relationship will know that Zoe's hair has always been the main source of our struggles. One of our other struggles is that Zoe likes to make the decisions, but is very indecisive. So when she told me she had already decided she wanted her hair cut to her shoulders was HUGE! We made a date of it and got Lydia's trimmed too.
After the haircuts, Zoe was so excited. She wanted to show everyone her new haircut. She was especially excited to show her Daddy whom we hadn't told (but had figured it out anyway). She is still loving it short, and hadn't missed it at all except when she is cold.

Liam spent the week home from school because he woke up on Wednesday morning vomiting. I ended up taking him into the doctor, having another X-ray, and finding out the penny was way down in his intestines and not the reason for the vomiting. I think he had a stomach bug. So he is feeling better, although we have no idea the whereabouts of the penny (I guess it is good that he is in the habit of flushing even when we told him not to).
