This photo was taken after the command: "Hey, Lydia, shake it"!Lydia fell asleep last night at 5 pm and didn't wake up until 7:30 this morning. She was really hungry and told me so. While I was getting her breakfast Zoe says something about her being cranky. I said, "No, she is just really hungry. She is so hungry she is shaking. Look". Lydia heard me and as we turned to look at the pitiful starving creature, she did start shakin' it.
We recently had to go to the doctor to get the kids their latest round of immunizations. Lydia took one look at the doctor and said, "That doctor is scary!" I was trying to convince her otherwise and she responded, "He's going to eat me"! Sounds funny but she was sincerely frightened. She had even thought about the results, "I'll be in his tummy"!
I had all the kids there and we were all laughing pretty hard.
She really is a doll. A sassy, funny, loving, doll.

Lydia Pearl is a perfect combination of the darling features of her older siblings. But physical resemblance aside, she definitely is her own person!
