- Lydia gets a black eye in Nursery. You know how those kids are with the maraca's. She was tough about it.
- Lydia climbs out of her crib for the first time. Actually it sounds worse than it is. There was a table pushed up next to her crib.
- One morning Lydia was hitting Liam (her favorite attention seeking action). So I took a different approach than usual. Hugging and kissing Liam, "Oh poor Liam. Are you okay?" So Lydia starts hitting Zoe. I respond the same way as with Liam. So Lydia, confused why she isn't getting attention, starts hitting herself.

That's one of the funniest things I've read in a long time, mostly because it's real. Kids are so wonderful.
We try to take the same approach in our house when it comes to hitting, though no one has started hitting themselves. I'm concerned that Linus is going to start taking notes when we see Lydia this summer. Clever girl.
First of all I can't believe how old she is. Second, That is so funny that she started hitting herself! kids almost always give a different response then what you would think!
